Refunds/Cancelation Policy
Sitting on 82 acres, Twin Ponds Lodge has plenty of sites for tenting and for RV's that do not require hook-ups. Reservations for tenting are not required and we do not take deposits for those sites. Day passes also do not require reservations. Our cabins, travel trailers, and full hook-up RV Sites are very limited. Reservations are necessary for those, and we do require a 50% deposit to hold a reservation.
We do not issue refunds.
If you make a purchase at TPL or pay for a visit or a stay and for some reason you must leave early or make a return, Twin Ponds Lodge will not issue a refund. On a case by case basis we might issue you a credit for future use. If your membership is revoked, or you are asked to leave the premises due to a violation of the Membership Agreement, no refund will be issued.
Outstanding Balances.
We encourage all members to check out in person upon departure. This way we can go over any outstanding balances. You may have an outstanding balance if you stayed longer than originally expected, made purchases in the shop, ran a tab at the bar, or have unpaid utilities. In a case where a member did not check-out with the front desk and did not settle his/their outstanding balance, said balance will be charged to the credit card that was used upon check-in or was placed on file to secure your tab.
Deposits are non-refundable.
At the time of making your reservation you will be sent an invoice via e-mail. A deposit of 50% will be required in order to confirm your reservation. DO NOT PAY MORE THAN THE 50% DEPOSIT.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel with at least 14 days notice (fourteen days or more before the reservation date) we will place the amount of your entire deposit into Camp Credit. You can apply Camp Credit to a future reservation, day passes, merchandise, or drink purchases. This credit will never expire, you can apply it to any future reservation.
If you cancel with less than 14 days' notice 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
