Never Tents

Available June through October

Never Tents were created for those members who said they will never tent but want to enjoy a visit that is more nature immersive.  The Never Tents are built on platforms, have real queen size beds with memory foam mattresses, electricity, built-in USB ports for charging your devices, and sky lights for star gazing.

Never Tents go up as soon as the weather forecast allows and we keep them up until the first chance of a freeze.  Rates start at $84 per night.

The Never Tents can be booked for one or two people.  The doors are mesh and the floors are vinyl covered canvas, therefore pets can not stay in the Never Tents.

Before booking be sure to read our cancelation/refund policy.  When you book on line you are given the option to pay  50% deposit or to pay the reservation in full.  Please only pay the 50%.  Twin Ponds Lodge does not issue refunds, if you cancel within the cancelation window, you will get any monies paid back in the form of a credit.  Emergencies do happen, last minute cancelations do happen.  The 50% deposit is enough to hold your reservation.

Tent Sites

Primitive and electric tent sites available

Tent camping at TPL couldn't be easier or more fun!  We have the lodge, so even a rainy weekend doesn't spoil your good time.  There are picnic tables and fire rings in all the tenting areas, bathrooms that are open 24/7, and an area for washing up your cooking utensils, and grills for you to use.  Twin Ponds Lodge has 60 tent sites, 20 of those sites have electricity and water at the post.
Tent Sites start at $54 per night for basic sites (basic tent sites are tent sites that have no water or electric service) and $64 per night for electric sites.  Overnight rates always include your Day Pass.

Cabins

The most reliable all season lodging option

Our cabins are well insulated, with air conditioning in the summer, and heat for the winter. Each cabin has a queen size bed, a refrigerator, and a microwave.  Cabins 1, 2, and 3 also have futons.  Cabins 4, 5, 6, and 7 each have a table and chairs, a great place to have a meal or to set up a lap top to catch up on some work, the cabins all have WiFi.

The cabins share a bathhouse which is located right next to the row of cabins.  There is a shared picnic table, fire ring, and amazing views of the pond.
Cabins 5, 6, and 7 have TVs. Cabin rates start at $119 and are always double occupancy.

FEMA Trailers

It's a nickname that has just stuck

Years ago, the previous management bought a trailer and brought it to Twin Ponds Lodge to use as a rental unit.  That first trailer was purchased at a FEMA auction.  The trailer came to be called "The FEMA".  In the last two years we have added 7 more travel trailers.  None of the new trailers are actually FEMA trailers, but the name stuck and we still call them FEMAs.  We have a total of 8 Travel Trailers for rent (#1 is still that original purchased at the government auction).
FEMAs all have A/C and heat.  They have small kitchens, each with a sink, stove, oven, and microwave.  These travel trailers are the only lodging at TPL that have private bathrooms. Rates start at $119 and are always double occupancy.

In October, as soon as the weather dictates, the water is turned off to the RV section of the campground.  When the water is turned off the trailers are simply sleeping quarters and guest have to use the bathrooms inside the lodge or in the bath house.
